**MAYDAY Recruitment are recruiting a Experienced Site Supervisor for a dynamic role that offers excellent career opportunities with your building experience utilised every day.**

**Your Duties**:

- Manage and supervise multiple Major loss building projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate relevant trades and subcontractors
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and customers
- Manage all aspects of WHS standards onsite which includes but not limited to tool box talks, site safety documentation and any other safety matters
- Report back to management on job costs, projects updates to ensure that SLA/KPI’s are met

**Your Experience**:

- Trade qualifications and/or Construction Degree/Certificate (desirable)
- Insurance knowledge would be advantageous
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and team
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve team results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with extensive computer literacy
