**POSITION VACANT: OPERATIONS MANAGER**

**SHIP SHAPE SERVICES** is an established and very well-respected Specialist Marine Detailing business specializing in the management, upkeep and refurbishment of all types of boats and yachts, whether in a marina berth, private dock, mooring or on a trailer.

Our base is at Royal Prince Alfed Yacht Club, Newport.

We provide mobile detailing services to all marinas and private berths in Pittwater, Broken Bay, Middle Harbour and Sydney Harbour.

Our reputation is for prompt customer service and a standard of work completed to the highest standard, all guaranteed.

We generally operate 5 days a week with weekend work whenever required.

**Qualifications & experience**
- We prefer a person with quality experience in the marine detailing trade or similar.
- Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
- Northern Beaches resident preferable, but not essential.
- Customer service skills, planning, quoting and quality control expertise is essential.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- The attractive package is for a person preferably experienced in the Boat Detailing trade or similar, who is ready to take on the responsibilities of managing our business and the team of detailers in all daily tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, trades people and marina management staff is essential
- The job specification includes preparing quotes, scheduling the work calendar, stock management, daily work and detailer planning, manage processes and quality control and providing a daily summary of completed works

**Benefits**

- Bonus based on general performance and quarterly gross profit

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
