**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and construction projects. Acting as a key link between senior management, clients, vendors, and teams, you will manage communication, resources, and documentation to ensure seamless project workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and ensure the implementation of their decisions.
- Act as a communication bridge between senior management, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment of goals.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and logistics to support both on-site and off-site operations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support facade installation, waterproofing, and partition works, ensuring seamless communication and document management.
- Maintain effective communication with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and activities related to project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of project management/coordination experience, including a minimum of 1 year in engineering projects
- Experience in engineering documentation management is essential
- Capable of coordinating delivery management with Chinese and other overseas factories
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Familiarity with professional project management system software
