**About Hyatt Centric Melbourne**:
Hyatt Centric Melbourne will be positioned as a cosmopolitan hotel in a central city location, where stories of exploration and discovery are created in an ever-evolving digital world.

The hotel will be active in the local community, embracing and supporting local businesses and creating unique stories around the hotel's services, facilities, and offerings.

Hyatt Centric Melbourne will be the home for dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic team catering for the curious traveller, whether in Melbourne on business or leisure.

**The Role: Bell Desk**
- Welcome & farewell, all guests arriving and departing the hotel.
- Note arrival and departure details and arrange luggage assistance, storage and transportation needs.
- Safely navigate our onsite car park to valet park all guest wheels.
- Handle guest enquires and requests, assisting Front Desk and Concierge as needed.
- Ensure the arrival/departure curbside and entrance lane way are kept clean at all times, all signs are in the correct positions and area is presentable.
- Get your runners on Move luggage, amenities and ad-hoc items efficiently to and from the guestrooms.
- Be a local Melbourne Expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the cities hidden gems.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Full Australian driver’s license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver’s license may be considered)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including public holidays
- The ability to work under pressure and possess great attention to detail
