They have achieved this through the attraction and retention of high quality talent and are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor/Recruitment Specialist to uphold this reputation.
**About the Role...**
Reporting to a delightful Head of People & Development and as an integral member of a supportive and collegiate HR Team, you will be responsible for the
**development, implementation and continual improvement of the firm's seasonal/summer clerkship and**
**graduate programs**.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- **Planning**:_ _everything from marketing and sponsorship budgets to seasonal clerk & talent projects;
- **Marketing & Sponsorship**: assist with design of marketing collateral, conduct external presentations, guide firm representatives on promoting the graduate program and represent the firm at external events;
- **Talent Acquisition**: end-to-end talent attraction and selection through advanced and innovative sourcing techniques;
- **Performance Management**: coordinate and improve performance reviews processes and systems
- **Learning & Development**: collaborate with Talent Development team to design and implement L&D initiatives for clerks and graduates and address ongoing development needs
- Strong knowledge of the graduate employment market
- Experience in managing end-to-end seasonal clerkship and/or graduate recruitment and selection in a corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills / ability to liaise confidently at all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Learning & Development and experience in designing clerkship or graduate programs will be highly regarded.
