**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Patient Services Manager (PSM) you will be responsible for ensuring patient flow and overall management, providing leadership and support afterhours at Rosebud Hospital.

The primary responsibility involves monitoring the optimal utilisation of beds, overseeing general hospital operations and acting as a resource for all staff and to ensure adequate staffing of the clinical areas. The PSM assumes the role of Emergency Controller for the site to ensure appropriate responses to emergency situations.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven leadership and ability to manage patient flow, staffing and incident management.
- Sound clinical knowledge, skills and experience in acute contemporary nursing practice
- Demonstrated high level of communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers.
- Ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Recent NUM/ANUM experience within an acute setting or recent Emergency Department experience at a senior level.(Desirable)
