We are on the hunt for a top Salesperson, one that has flare and excitement about the products that he will deliver to the mining industry.

The company has been around for more than 30 years within the industry, a reputation for delivering on time all the time and top products to support the growing demand within the Mining industry in WA.

**The Role**:

- Assist the NSM to implement sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets focusing on wholesaler network in WA, and business development in Victoria/Tasmania.
- Establish productive and professional client relationships with key personnel
- Manage diary and efficient route planning to achieve a visit schedule covering all wholesalers on a regular basis, including regional/Interstate areas, as specified by Management
- Stay up to date with product launches and new product development
- Provide timely and effective solutions and quotes aligned to client needs
- Organising and undertaking site maintenance on solar lighting towers as required
- Identify sales opportunities and collect information about activities that might impact on the company sales with key wholesaler accounts
- Uphold client account satisfaction by following up in a timely manner and quoting correct lead times
- Update and maintain company CRM system - Salesforce
- Delivery of stock to clients, particularly to wholesalers as an opportunity to build relationships
- Working with NSM and Marketing to identify Social Media and other promotional opportunities
- Ad hoc duties as required by Management that are in line with your skills and expertise

Key Performance Indicators
- Planning & visit schedule of all wholesalers (as specified by NSM) every 4-6 weeks
- Proactively planning events and activities to create brand and product awareness (at least 1 per month):

- Development of opportunities in Northern WA, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania with targeted sales trips.

Criteria
- Qualifications - Certificate III or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge, Experience and Skills - Some sales work experience in a similar industry - Mobile and/or fixed plant equipment knowledge - LED/HID Lighting knowledge - Basic Microsoft Office and CRM skills
- Personal Attributes - Ability to relate and communicate well with a variety of people - Good customer service attitude - Able to work independently as well as part of a team - Be motivated, reliable and honest with a proactive approach to work - Be organised with good attention to detail - Good time management and ability to prioritise

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
