Production Line Supervisor

**Production Line Supervisor**

This is a full-time leadership role, based in our brand-new packing facility.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for employee management of a packing line team and coordinating the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality and timeliness of customer orders meets expectations.

**What does a day in this role look like?**
- Management of a packing line and dedicated packing leading hand and team members on the line.
- Managing your teams hours & performance.
- Motivating and driving your team to ensure they are completing daily orders in line with quality requirement and KPI’s.
- Coaching and development of your team, providing learning opportunities and supporting their career growth.
- Planning and collaborating with the wider packing leadership team.
- Assisting with performance management processes when required.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any packing line machinery and system issues.
- Ensure all production and farm hygiene protocols are being adhered to.
- Ensuring good quality in packing of our fresh produce

**What you will bring**:

- Team management and leadership skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence your team
- Knowledge of Microsoft office including outlook and excel
- Previous experience in packing and line machinery operation is desired
- Motivation to achieve targets
