**About the role**

You will play a pivotal role within our Design and Development team, with a vision to add to our incredible Grill’d experience by creating great restaurant ambiance with original and interesting branding.
- Manage design projects including new restaurants, refurbishments and small projects from design through to completion
- Ensure design plans are documented correctly and we are delivering within budget
- Involvement and contribution to evolving restaurant design, functionality and fittings/fixtures
- Ensure designs align with the Grill'd brand as well as the local market
- Work closely with our Project Manager to manage restaurant design schedule/timeline so that regular & detailed communication is provided to the relevant internal & external customers.
- You will have previous 4+ years experience as a designer. Ideally as an interior design or within an architecture business (hospitality is a bonus)
- Experience with revit or autocad, full Adobe suite and 3D modelling sketch up
- Strong attention to detail
- A keen eye for design and the ability to align designs with the Grill'd brand whilst embracing features from the local area
- Proven stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships
- You will be able to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines
