We are currently looking for a skilled Pasteuriser/Batcher who ideally has previous pasteurising experience within the food industry.

We are an award-winning Ice Cream manufacturer with 25 years' experience in the industry. Our boutique products are supplied to SEQ, interstate and international markets. The company is looking for a pasteuriser to assist with all aspects of the ice cream manufacturing process from pasteurising of mixes to batch churning of finished ice cream products.

- A permanent full time role (41.25 hours per week). Shifts between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
- Fixed wage rate plus penalty rates and superannuation

**What's the role?**
- Operating batch type pasteurising and continuous ice cream churning equipment
- Following recipes - weighing and preparing raw ingredients
- Following HACCP requirements
- Pre and post cleaning of equipment
- Recording of data for production records
- Assistance with packing of products and warehouse duties

**What we are looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries, with an understanding of HACCP requirements would be an advantage
- Able to work within a fast paced and refrigerated manufacturing environment
- Ability to undertake manual tasks, including heavy lifting as and when required
- Initiative and focus on hygiene and following safe work practices
- Ability to work alone or as part of a small team
- A strong work ethic that includes reliability and honesty
- Own reliable transport would be preferable
