**The Opportunity**:
We currently have exciting opportunities to join our facility at Virginia as a machine operator on day shift in a full time role. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems and has the competency to run machinery and equipment.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Setting up, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Arnott’s OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards
- Ability to work autonomously, whilst working towards achieving team orientated goals
- Production activities associated within the rostered position with reasonable requests for overtime when required
- Cleaning equipment and surrounding work areas
- Loading mixing equipment

**The Ingredients for Success**:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Previous machine operating experience is required
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a Team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines
- An understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to manual handle up to 20kg
- Commitment of day Shift hours 6am - 2pm at rates of $29+ per hour and overtime if applicable
