**How will I help?**
Our Regulatory Reporting team are seeking a Manager to join their high performing team. This role sits within the Global Reporting team under Corporate Services and will deliver accurate and timely periodic reporting to APRA and other regulatory bodies. This will be achieved by working with a team of professionals and building stakeholder relationships across teams within Group Finance, Risk and WIB.

As a Manager, you will gain excellent exposure the whole Group, covering all divisions and a wide range of products, allowing you the chance to not only build a varied knowledge of banking but also to identify areas of passion and interest, as your career develops. You role will include:

- This role will be the main contact point for matters relating to the scrutiny review and submission of Regulatory Returns using D2a/APRA Connect
- This role will assist the Senior Manager in managing upcoming regulatory change, and implementing and maintaining appropriate control structures on regulatory submissions.
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive working relationship within Global Reporting and the bank to embed and drive cultural change and improve controls
- Manage the scrutiny review process and production of timely and accurate regulatory returns and submissions to our regulators.
- Be proactive on opportunities for control enhancement, JUNO management and emerging requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of the Regulatory Reporting update to Board Audit Committee
- Assist in the preparation of operational reporting and metrics for Global Reporting
- Initiate the discussion, escalation as required and resolution of risks and opportunities across the businesses with stakeholders
- Work on various regulatory, system, and automation projects under the direction of the Senior Manager. Support the automation and simplification agenda across Global Reporting

**What do I need?**

As a Manager, you will blend strong financial and commercial acumen with deep analytical and business partnering capabilities.

In addition, you should bring:

- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in a Finance role
- Experience and exhibited an ability to work with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management with demonstrable ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.
- Strong ability to engage and influence a broad range of senior and operational stakeholders (Finance, IT, Business, Risk).
- Ability to work under pressure and effective prioritization.
- Demonstrated high ethical standards and integrity.
