About Your Role:
We are offering employment to people passionate about supporting people with disability. The successful applicants will be professional, flexible, and willing to travel within their respective areas. **Kangaroo Care currently has vacancies based out of Brisbane and surrounds. Proficiency in English is required. Applicants from countries where English is the primary or official language are preferred.**

**LOCATION: West End**
**Preference : Female - Age preference : 30 to 40**
- **Personal Care and Hygiene**: Assisting with tasks like dressing, bathing, toileting, and eating.
- **Daily Living Skills**: Supporting clients in developing and maintaining skills related to budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, and household management.
- **Emotional Support**: Providing a listening ear and offering emotional support to clients.
- **Healthcare Support**: Administering medication (when appropriately trained), accompanying clients to appointments, and monitoring their overall health.
- **Communication**: Communicating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- **Activity Support**: Assisting clients with leisure activities, outings, and social engagements.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of client progress and support provided.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.10 - $38.10 per hour
