**Sportsmart is currently seeking Full Time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at our Moorabbin location.**

**Store Location**:Moorabbin

**Role Type**: Permanent Full Time (38 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday roster)

We're looking for bright, active and outgoing individuals who have a passion for sport to help us expand our sporting goods and equipment business. If you are comfortable working in a fast paced team environment and meeting targets than you will enjoy being part of the Sportsmart team.

The position available will help you expand your career in retail and the sporting goods market and you will be exposed to many opportunities.

Here are some of the qualities we are looking for:

- A passion for sport & fitness (especially cricket, ball sports, strength and cardio equipment) along with community and grass roots sport
- Outgoing personality and passion for assisting customers in their sporting needs
- Strong belief in teamwork and team development
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
- Customer service skills
- Achieving sales targets
- Experience in dealing with high stock volumes in a fast paced retail environment
- Merchandising & visual presentation in detail

**This is a FULL TIME 38 hour per week position - Ideal for recent school leavers**

Regular weekend work is required as well work over peak retail periods (November-January) including public holidays as required.

Pay: $11.54 - $17.96 per hour
