**About the Opportunity**

As part of the Park Lands, Policy & Sustainability Program, the Project Coordinator, Social Planning and Reconciliation will provide a full range of administrative and project support to the Social Planning and Reconciliation Team. The position will support the development, implementation and review of Council’s Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan, and provide administrative support to the Reconciliation Committee.

Some of the key current priorities of the team include:

- Finalising and implementing the 2024-2027 Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Supporting the functions of the City of Adelaide’s Reconciliation Committee.
- Implementing City of Adelaide’s Homelessness Strategy and Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.
- Developing a new social equity framework aligned to Council’s new 2024-2028 Strategic Plan.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues that impact on Aboriginal people and Aboriginal communities is desirable.
- Experience in providing a broad range of administrative services at an advanced level and with high levels of accuracy.
- High degree of information technology, organisational and time management skills.
