**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a passion for working with individuals with Autism and / or developmental delays. We are well respected in the community for the fantastic service we provide for our clients and families across a broad range of ages and clinical presentations. Our clinic operates six days per week, Monday to Saturday, and offers individual speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, positive behaviour support and a variety of group therapy programs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary context to support your clients and their families/support team to develop their skills. We support clients with a range of presentations, allowing us to tailor your caseload to your areas of interest, knowledge and skill. Services can be provided in our fantastic clinic space, client homes, schools, community settings and via telehealth.
This role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis and will provide you with an opportunity to take your career to the next level with plenty of professional development opportunities, both locally and nationally.

**What you will bring**:
- Have a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Psychology and be registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA or other relevant regulating body.
- Demonstrated skills as either a Core Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, working towards Proficient; Proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner; or Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. At least 12 months experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner is required.
- A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client to achieve their own goals, potential and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them.
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families
- Experience in working with children and adolescents and confidence in your role working closely with their families is highly valued.
- Compliance - Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, CPR and First Aid Certificate, Driver’s License & reliable vehicle.
