Our client, located in Wetherill Park, supplies engineered products to the mass transit, industrial and engineering markets.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a well credentialled and qualified hands-on Operations Manager to add value to the organisation and steer the operations division through a period of significant growth.

Reporting to the GM, you will have broad responsibilities encompassing safety, design, production, planning, procurement, inventory management, both components and parts, as well as warehousing and logistics. In addition, as a member of the site leadership team, you will have the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level.

You will be a proven “visible” leader of operations teams - preferably from a small-scale component assembly environment where you have achieved successful engagement & sustained productivity by employing your knowledge of contemporary, best practice, production and supply chain methodologies and principles.
