Are you an accomplished executive in operations, driven by a commitment to excellence and efficiency? An exceptional opportunity awaits for the role of Head of Operations based in Sydney.

As a key executive, you will report directly to the Managing Director of a industry leader specializing in formwork and scaffolding systems in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee technical and disciplinary aspects of yard logistics, warehousing, cleaning & repair, pre-assembling of customized engineering solutions.
- **Leadership in People and Change Management**:

- Lead initiatives in people and change management, focusing on fostering a dynamic and adaptive organizational culture.
- Spearhead material planning and optimization efforts for streamlined operations.
- **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**:

- Foster collaboration with the National Logistics Manager
- Australasia, Logistics Managers, and fellow Logistics Coordinators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
- **Budgetary Oversight**:

- Manage budgetary aspects, including the preparation of monthly Profit and Loss statements and key Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis.
- **Strategic Implementation**:

- Drive the strategic implementation of new operations to accommodate business growth and meet evolving requirements.

**Essential Criteria**:
**Executive Engagement**:

- Engage at an executive level with the organization's staff, customers, and suppliers.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- Hold a relevant degree in business management or a Business Management Diploma with a background in Accounting or Engineering.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
