**About the Mine**:
Our Wambo mine complex is a combined Coal Handling & Preparation Plant and Underground mine located 30 kilometres west of Singleton that produce metallurgical and thermal coal for export and domestic markets.

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an Underground Mining Supervisor (Deputy) at our Wambo mine. Reporting to the Undermanager, you will be responsible for working safely and efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of coal production and achievement of business objectives.

**The lifestyle**:
This position is offered on a fixed roster of 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (Day shift or Night Shift as required under the needs of the business also taking into account individuals shift preferences).

**About you**:

- A strong safety and risk management focus
- Be an effective communicator and team player
- NSW Practicing Certificate (Deputy)
- Competent in Supervisory skills - S1, S2, S3 and risk management and investigation
- Commitment to high performance standards
- NSW Practicing Certificate (Undermanager) - Will be highly regarded
