**Savanna **has a newly created role for an HSE professional to join our team and provide coaching to our rig and rig move crews out in the field. This position requires a high level of integrity and strong work ethic, with flexibility to help the business where needed across a fleet of drilling and well servicing rigs.

**To apply, you should have**:

- 2 years’ experience within a HSE type role or be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Risk Management practices within a heavy industry
- Knowledge of behaviour-based programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Audit process understanding / experience - Internal or Customer
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Active listening skills.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide field coaching in the Savanna Assist and Assure Program to rig and transport crews
- Evaluate and report on the Fleet Performance for Assure
- Execute Compliance Activity Assurance Audits and Inspections
- Provide risk management coaching to rig and rig move crews
- Initial incident response, guidance, and process assistance for incidents, particularly on back shifts (weekends etc).
