This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your career further, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible to provide timely and accurate advice and guidance with a strong focus on recruitment and workforce planning.

**The Role/Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
- Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
- Supporting internal communications and cultural initiatives that align with KEE’s values and strategic direction.
- Preparing employment contracts and associated payroll paperwork
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand up and coming workforce planning requirements, develop solid working relationships, provide up and coming recruitment support, and any other needs required

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Master's degree in commerce/human resources
- Previous experience in a business environment, ideally in a leadership or strategic support role
- Experienced in the interpretation of Industrial Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee issues, concerns, and workplace conflicts
- Proficiency with the Definitiv HR/Payroll platform
- Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and deliver constructive, positive outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence others
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
