We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Business Manager (Store Manager) to lead our Chermside boutique. This full-time role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, fostering team culture, and providing an elevated guest experience that reflects our commitment to quality, intentional simplicity, and authentic connection.

**Your Role in Store**
- Leading the store to achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer experience aligned to our boutique principles
- Driving visual merchandising and operational excellence
- Coaching your team through one-on-one feedback, development plans and consistent performance conversations
- Collaborating closely with the State Manager
- Championing loss prevention and accurate store data management
- Ensuring the boutique environment aligns with our brand tone and aesthetic
- Maintaining strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners
