As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results in our stores. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product displays, and staff schedules.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed to maintain a high standard of operation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for customers.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve performance and promote a positive team culture.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the store.

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and drive sales performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
