Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
- Handle minor installations, such as light fixtures, faucets, and cabinets.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues and provide necessary repairs.
- Assist with painting, drywall installation, and flooring repairs.
- Respond promptly to service requests and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certifications in specific trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) are a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Committed to 5-6 days per week and 8-10 hours per day.
- Travel to different job sites is required.
