Our client who specialises in electrical equipment have been around for over 60 years. Due to rapid growth an opportunity has become available for an experienced **Customer Service Clerk** to join their team.

This role will suit someone with great attention to detail & excellent communication skills.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Taking a high-volume of inbound calls
- Making outbound calls regarding orders
- Processing orders using SAP
- Tracking & tracing deliveries
- Data entry
- General administrative tasks

**About you;**
- SAP experience - ESSENTIAL
- Min 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Full working rights within Australia (No Visas)
