Our Greenway Views Village in Tuggeranong is currently seeking a casual cleaner to join our Property Services Team.

**About the role**

Our cleaners maintain our village cleanliness to the highest level. Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Delivering domestic assistance such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms/toilets.
- Providing cleaning assistance to common areas throughout the village including mopping, vacuuming, general cleaning
- Emptying bins and general removal of other items

This is a casual position required to work between the hours of 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of $23.57 per hour plus casual loading.

- Previous experience in a similar role would be high regarded
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate with residents and other personnel
