An exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager to join the Retirement Living finance team on a full-time, permanent basis based at our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.

As Treasury Manager you will support funding and financing requirements in Lendlease Retirement Living (LLRL) to enable the execution of business strategy and growth across Development, Bank Guarantees, Working Capital and Term Loan and be responsible for managing daily LLRL Treasury requirements.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Management and implementation of outsourced treasury services (back office) function.- Lead LLRL Revolver requirements with Development Team.- Manage all Bank Guarantee and Working Capital facility requirements.- Formulate and execute treasury plans, policies, risk management, funding plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of company objectives and compliance.- Work closely with Cash Management Finance Manager.- Support service delivery by the LLRL treasury team.- Manage Village Term Deposit requirements.- Support banking relationships and Agent and Security Trustee relationships.- Assist with refinancing requirements as and when required.- Analyse market trends and manage debt modelling and forecasting in conjunction with Village, Cash Management and Development requirements.- Contribute to regular Treasury SteerCo requirements- Contribute as a leader to the direction and performance of the LLRL business.

To see success, you will have
- Undergraduate qualifications in economics, finance, commerce or finance law, preferably with post-graduate qualifications such as MBA, Masters in Applied Finance or similar.- at least 5 years’ relevant experience in a corporate, real estate, bank or financial institution.- Demonstrated track record leading real estate financings.- Retirement Living industry experience desirable but not essential.- Development Revolver & Liquidity and Cash Management experience.- Experience in relevant bank debt, institutional debt and financial markets.- Treasury Back office operational experience and/or knowledge.- Syndicated Debt, Agency and Trustee experience.- Ability to develop relationships with market participants and develop a network with peers.- Outstanding negotiation, influencing, writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.- Internal Team Management and external service provider management experience.
