**About the Role**:
As a Customer Support/ Service Desk Analyst, you will maintain a service desk on behalf of the our clent. In line with VSG’s values of being _**Expert, Trusted and Reputable**_, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing support and solutions on behalf of our clients and customers.

**Your day to day tasks will include**:

- Maintaining a service desk, conducting tasks such as rebuilding endpoints, actioning change requests, maintaining handover log and ticketing systems
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to define and maintain registers, access controls and quality processes
- Maintaining risk registers, including scheduling regular reviews and updates and facilitate risk meetings
- Investigating issues of medium complexity and produce related briefs
- Coordinating reporting and management dashboards, reporting processes and artefacts

**About You**:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are **TS PV** cleared and looking to develop their career in ICT or Cyber.

No experience needed, all you need is the right _**attitude, aptitude, IQ, EQ, Grit**_ and _**Adaptability.**_

You will be someone who is willing to undergo continuous training and work with us on developing you and growing your skills in your desired career path.

**Ideally, you will possess**

**Essential**:

- An active TS PV Security Clearance
- A positive, can
- do attitude and a high level of drive and self motivation
- An interest in the ICT or Cyber field

**Desirable**:

- Previous customer service experience and/or service desk background (not essential)
- Great oral communication skills
- Developed written communication skills
