As an Education Leader at Bright Beginnings Family Day Care Centre, you will be a key figure in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- In-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard to ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Capacity to guide, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with educators, families, and external agencies.
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs.
- Demonstrated capacity to reflect on practices, seek feedback, and actively engage in ongoing professional learning.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues, and the broader community.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
