Salisbury House Medical & Dental Center is a purpose built Large Medical Center located in the heart of Salisbury Business District (5108).

Knowledge of Medical software (ZedMed) is essential.

**Duties**:

- Performance of all reception duties including (but not limited to) - Making patient bookings by phone or walk in, Patient registration & data entry, cancellations, Calling patients on behalf of clinic etc.
- Greeting of patients on arrival of appointment and ensuring 3 point check list.
- Medicare Billing
- Work in accordance with all Company policies including maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
- Day to day other general practice related work or as allocated by Practice Manager

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent computer & communication skills
- Demonstrate abilities in dealing with people or difficult situations
- Ability to prioritize busy workload
- Capable of working independently and in a team
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
