**Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator**
- Permanent Full Time Position
- Hybrid Working Model
- Travel to Arcare Residences in Victoria when required

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities but not limited to;**
- Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters;
- Conduct phone, ZOOM and/or in person interviews;
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions;
- Assists with referee and qualifications checks using appropriate guides and databases;
- Accurate and timely processing of Employment Registers - Credentialing, police checks and Right to Work;
- Assist with preparation of employment contracts and correspondence to team members.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience as a HR recruitment Coordinator or similar HR role;
- Diploma or relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (desirable)
- Knowledge of HR policies and best practices (desirable)
- Experience in conducting phone & face to face interviews & reference checking;
- Familiarity with social media, especially SEEK and LinkedIn (desirable)
- Experience in conducting Police Checks (desirable)
- Strong customer service skills;
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new skills;
- Proficiency in the use of software relevant to the position, e.g. Microsoft office suite;
- Be reliable, flexible and a team player;
- Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration;
- Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
