**Heatherbrae's Pies** in the **NSW Southern Highlands** is on the lookout for a talented and energetic person with experience in supervising small-to-medium-sized teams in fast-paced customer service environments, from either a Retail / Hospitality / Food Service / QSR background.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- be experienced with the **leadership** and **supervision** of small-to-medium-sized front-line teams.
- have solid **experience** in hospitality, retail or food-service operations.
- be passionate about **upholding** high customer service, presentation, and quality **standards**.
- be unafraid to **lead by example** and expect similarly high standards from those around you.
- have at least a medium level of computer literacy.
- possibly have experience preparing and serving espresso coffee (i.e. barista skills).
- possibly have experience with simple food handling.
- understand the basics of food safety and hygiene.
- have **high energy** and **initiative** levels.
- have a friendly, outgoing personality.
- be **well organised**:

- have a **calm** and **professional** demeanour
- be **well presented**

**Salary**: $63,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
