
Talent Acquisition Specialist/consultant

We are a growing Tasmanian based seafood leader with a national footprint. Our Talent Acquisition team is evolving and we have an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter or senior level internal recruiter to join our team in Hobart or Sydney (Olympic Park). Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will deliver a strong focus on agency practises (in-house) including proactive sourcing and talent pooling nationally. You will also develop targeted campaigns for senior level roles and bring best practise and efficiencies to the team. This role is not just Recruitment - it is driving change for the business.
What your role will look like?
**Talent Sourcing**: you have expertise using sourcing platforms (in particular LinkedIn) and possess the ability to recruit through proactive and passive practises. Leveraging your agency or senior internal experience, you will know where to look and who to contact to find the ‘right’ person for the job.
**Partnering**: it’s clear that you have a strong interest in supporting senior leaders to find the right sourcing strategy and create recruitment campaigns aligned to their needs.
**Business Process**: you thrive on knowing the process works and can support both internal and external stakeholders to achieve great outcomes and exceed targets.
**People Culture**: you LOVE talking to people from all walks of life and drive people to want to work for Tassal.
**Track Record**: you can showcase your proven track record in 360 agency recruitment or similar in an internal environment and know to deliver on recruitment methodologies, market trends and value proposition.
**Talent Attraction**:contribute to the Careers website, Lifepage on LinkedIn, Tassal People page (Facebook) and drive improvement across our ways of working.
**End to end Recruitment**:you start with a brief and are meticulous about detail and communication to all internal stakeholders - every step of the way.
