For over 20 years, we have been helping customers around the world bring accuracy and control to asphalt paving and milling projects. Our experience in North America, Australasia and Southeast Asia spans more than 1000 projects to date.

**About The Role**

As a Paving Technician you will be utilising the proprietary Pavesmart Technology and other level control systems in conjunction with survey data to assist in the material laying process and providing the client with a service that ensures they are meeting their depth level requirements, contract level tolerances and smoothness requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise on a daily basis with site supervisors and engineering staff
- Communicating regularly with the plant operator and site staff to ensure level controls are maintained
- Asphalt Paving Machine control using our proprietary PaveSmart system
- Installing control networks

**About You**

Preferred Knowledge and Skills Base
- Level-Hand experience an advantage
- Roadworks experience - knowledge of road construction materials and practices would be an advantage.

The successful applicant must be able to work independently, display attention to detail, have the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, be confident with strenuous and physical work, and have strong communication skills to liaise with clients and the Synergy Operations Manager on a daily basis.
