Asphalt Paving Technician Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asphalt Paving Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing proprietary technology and level control systems in conjunction with survey data to assist in the material laying process and ensuring client requirements are met.

This is a casual role with a pathway to permanency, offering flexibility and opportunities for career advancement. If you have experience in asphalt level hand and laboring/operator roles, a current driver's license, construction induction card, and RII/VOCs qualifications, we want to hear from you

  • Liaise with site supervisors and engineering staff on a daily basis.
  • Communicate regularly with plant operators and site staff to maintain level controls.
  • Operate asphalt paving machines using our proprietary PaveSmart system.
  • Install control networks.
