We are hiring for a Full time permanent Service Manager to lead our Flagstaff and Moonee Ponds sites. As Service Manager, you will lead a team of staff across two sites to provide person-centred care to our clients over various aspects of their daily living.

**Some of the tasks you will be undertaking include**:

- Management of a team of diverse DSW’s
- Liaising with care teams and health professionals promoting a holistic, person centered model of care.
- Workforce planning including management of the sites P & L
- Oversee the safety and wellbeing all of all individuals on site.

Overall, you will be supporting clients to achieve their goals and live their best lives. You’ll be part of vibrant team who all share the passion of supporting clients to progress and celebrate the small wins.
