About the job.

This is a position in a high paced, high turnover environment. To be considered for this role there should be senior retail experience in a management position, with a proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service. An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team, along with the confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment. Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales.

Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is _preferred but not essential_... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
