Hays Logistics is working with a Transportation organisation based in Brisbane. They are looking to engage a Fleet Controller.

**Your new role**

The role of Fleet Controller is a vital component of the clients' success. In this role you will be in continual contact with clients, their customers, contractors, chauffeurs and other company offices and licensees. You be self-motivated and support and motivate other team members. You will oversee all aspects of fleet dispatch, dealing directly with contractors, and be continuously monitoring the efficiency and performance of the fleet, and look for ways to improve productivity, and reduce errors.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly efficient Time Management skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Well-organised with ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- A great sense of customer focus with the ability to work independently
- Intermediate Computer skills, with exposure to database scheduling systems being desirable, but training will be provided.
- A knowledge and understanding of fleet operations and logístical management
