Maintain and keep current library of final plans in the system for all completed projects - Allocate, service and coordinate repairs and maintenance of all survey equipment. - Participate in bid strategy work and tender reviews and make recommendations for change. Assist estimators with quantity verification for tenders. - Advise the project staff on the technical requirements of surveying, mapping and spatial information systems. - Manage activities on site, controlling costs and productivity to meet financial objectives of the projects. - Manage relevant personnel throughout their employment lifecycle including, selection, training and development, evaluation, performance management and termination of employment. **Essential Skills and Attributes** - 5+ years of survey experience. - Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and maintaining focus on priorities. - Strong experience presenting to executive and senior managers and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management. - Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. - Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff. - Experience working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Supportive of a diverse and inclusive work environment. - Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to ACAD, 12D, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project and ERP systems. **What’s next?** If you would like to join our team and hold full, unlimited working rights in Australia, we encourage you to submit your CV.
