**About the role**

Are you passionate about customer service and safety? RACQ is seeking dedicated individuals to join our elite team of Vehicle Recovery Officers.

As a Vehicle Recovery Officer, you’ll be operating in our modern fleet of Attenuators and Tow Trucks, ready to assist RACQ members and other motorists in their time of need. You’ll play a crucial role in turning bad days into better ones, providing professional assistance and peace of mind to those stranded on the road.

Our team do not attend smash towing which allows you to focus on serving RACQ’s members and other urban motorists, ensuring a positive customer experience every time.

**About You**
- **Work-Life Balance**: Enjoy a 38hr rotating roster of 8-10 hour shifts across Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every 6 weeks Commence and finish work conveniently at Eight Mile Plains or Lawnton locations
- **Impeccable Driving History**: Maintain a clean driving record over the past 5 years.
- **License and Qualifications**: Hold an MR License or above and possess a General Induction White Card.
- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable using smart phones, tablets, and computer systems.
- **Communication and Conflict Management**: Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict situations effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in dynamic roadside situations.
- **Opportunities for Growth**: Military or emergency service experience is advantageous, and we offer opportunities for career advancement within RACQ.
- **Pre-Employment Requirements**: Willing to undergo pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and criminal record checks.
- **Location**: Start and finish work each day at Gold Coast, Molendinar location
