The Solution Lead is responsible for ensuring expertise and capability within the Core Banking chapter. This includes leadership for SME teams, orchestrating the solution delivery of complex change within the ING Core Banking & its Middleware delivery Portfolio, as well as assisting with executional certainty and adherence to ING delivery methodologies and framework.

**What you'll do**
- Contribution to the technology strategy though the development and execution of the Core Banking Delivery Portfolio. Achieved through supporting Tribes and Squads to deliver value whilst ensuring technical dependencies for major and complex programs of work are clearly scoped, defined and met.
- Facilitate delivery of the new Core Banking platform and its middleware by:

- Creating Core banking solutions at the Epic and Feature level working with multiple squads and multiple IT assets, contributing to the end to end solution.
- Working closely with the development / software partner to ensure that their contribution to our change portfolio is successful and aligns to achieving the desired business outcomes
- Supporting the ING SMEs to review the epics and associated features in realizable roadmaps and coordinating the solutioning of integrated solutions.
- Reviewing the test strategy and scope of testing across various testing phases, including non-functional requirements as applicable to the Core Banking domain.
- Contribute to the Target Operating Model for the Core Banking Domain
- Providing insights and continuous improvement with the Core Banking team taking the lead on initiatives and projects that drive an innovation mindset and increases the capabilities within technology.

**What you'll bring**
- Verbal and written communication with an eye for detail and ability to build trusted and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum 10 years' plus experience in working in a substantial technology department.
- Experience with working with Agile and DevOps delivery.
- Proven experience in providing input into IT strategy and follow through that demonstrates effective and successful execution within area of expertise.
- Core Banking expert knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tooling.
- Project management and delivery methodologies.
