Murrumba State Secondary College boasts first class facilities and cutting-edge technology, providing students with an authentic and high-quality learning environment.
Our College is situated in one of Brisbane's northern suburbs, approximately 20kms from the city centre. We started with only 324 students in years 7 and 8 upon opening and reached maturity in 2016, as our foundation Year 8s became the inaugral Year 12 cohort. Today, the College has over 1700 students, and we have built an enviable reputation in the local community as the first-choice education provider.
Our array of curriculum offerings is wide, catering to the varied interests of our students and the diverse needs of 21st century learners. This in turn lays a strong foundation for further study or entering the world of work.
We are recognised for our amazing achievements in academic, sporting and cultural pursuits. In particular, our highly regarded Programs of Excellence, provide students with enriching learning experiences in the fields of Engineering, Dance, Music, Spanish and Football. - Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
