We’re now hiring a **Social Media Content Lead** within the **Ovation Agency**, our in-house marketing and creative powerhouse. If you're a digital storyteller who thrives on audience engagement, platform trends, and content innovation, this role is for you

The Ovation Agency combines in-house expertise with trusted partners to deliver high-impact marketing and creative. We lead strategy, brand, content, digital, insights, and campaign execution across all TEG promoter businesses.
We align marketing with business priorities to drive engagement, grow audiences, and support commercial outcomes - all while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
**About the Role**:
As **Social Media Content Lead**, you’ll own the strategy, planning, and execution of organic social and content activity across our live entertainment brands. You’ll work closely with campaign team, creative, and digital teams to deliver content that captivates audiences and drives results.
This is a hands-on role that blends creative thinking, community management, and analytics. You’ll also manage a Social Media Content Producer and help evolve our content approach across new and emerging platforms.

**What does a day in the life look like?**
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead organic social media and content strategy across channels and brands
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging content calendars
- Brief creative assets and collaborate with internal designers and video editors
- Manage posting, community engagement, and audience growth
- Stay across platform trends, algorithm changes, and new formats
- Track performance and generate insights to inform future activity
- Support brand tone-of-voice and visual identity across content
- Manage a direct report and oversee day-to-day content delivery
**About You**
- 4+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content roles
- Strong understanding of platform best practice (Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
- Experience managing content calendars, briefings, and reporting
- Confident writing for digital and adapting tone for different brands
- Creative thinker who’s plugged into pop culture, internet trends, and fan communities
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Experience managing people or mentoring juniors is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Canva, or similar
- Passion for music, sport and live experiences
**Desirable experience**
- Background in entertainment, events, media, or a content agency
- Experience working alongside creative teams (design, video, production)
- Sound knowledge of paid social or performance marketing
- An interest in AI-powered content tools and innovations
