About you

To provide input to standards, guideline and processes to consistently address Master Data requirements such as data governance, data convergence, master data definition, master data acquisition, data standards and data integration/synchronisation.

You will possess the following:

- High proficiency in SAP
- 2 years' experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry (desirable)

Duties
- Maintain Master Data integrity for Carole Park plant
- Ensure Master Data maintenance process complies with all governing SOPs and policies.
- Implement and maintain SAP Master Data with a focus on Supply Chain, this includes all aspects of material master, procurement, and recipe maintenance.
- Liaise with a range of department personnel to ensure all master data maintenance supports new project timelines.
- Work with local management and appropriate business units to implement agreed process changes.
- Develop and maintain a working understanding of Master Data impacts within related business processes
- Provide various Master Data reports and information as requested.
- Carry out controlled drug recording and monitoring activities throughout Carole Park and Bundamba, including activities such as overseeing CD destruction, customer delivery tracking, and periodic review processes.
- Validate customer authorisations according to Queensland Health legislation.
