**Warehouse Assistant/Storeperson**

**Gollagher Bros operates out of Brisbane Markets in Rocklea, we provide customers with fresh produce specialising in herbs and salads. We are looking for energetic and motivated people to join our team**

**We have vacancies for full time and casual positions. Our operating hours are over 2 different shifts. This ad is for the night shift which operates from 6pm till 2am.**

**Day To Day duties**:

- Accurately pick orders with pace and consistency
- Quality check all orders to ensure our customers receive top quality products
- Pack all orders neatly so deliveries arrive undamaged
- Ensure all work areas are organised and cleaned as per checklists
- Maintain a safe and tidy workplace area and follow all necessary workplace health and safety requirements
- Complete other tasks as delegated by your shift supervisor

**Skills required**:

- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Physically fit and able to exercise proper manual handling techniques
- Positive attitude and a have a go mentality
- Friendliness to all other co-workers
- Prepared and willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work in a cold room
- Problem solving & common sense

- Punctuality, reliability, and consistency
- Willingness to be a team player and “go the extra mile”
- Attention to detail and a capability to problem solve when required
- Demonstrate commitment to a safe working environment and workplace health and safety
- Professionalism and appropriate workplace conduct at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
