SICE ANZ is seeking a highly motivated Law Clerk to join our legal team. As a Law Clerk, you will provide support and assistance to our legal department in various tasks and projects. Based at our South Yarra office, this role is part-time (12 hours per week) and fixed for 12-months. The hours and flexibility on offer is ideal for a penultimate or final year Law student seeking to gain professional experience.

As part of the legal and commercial department this role will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the upkeep of precedents/templates.
- Facilitating the arrangement of letters and agreements.
- Drafting simple legal documents from precedents.
- An array of administrative tasks including document filing, maintaining the legal matter management system, formatting, and other related responsibilities
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Be in the penultimate or final year of a Law Degree.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
