Myer is currently looking for a Merchandise & Supply Chain Fulfilment Analyst to provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support the Merchandise and Supply Chain stock flow strategy. You will be analysing trends & performance to optimise inventory in response to changing Supply Chain initiatives. You will be accountable in supporting the Merchandise teams, Supply Chain, Online and Marketing to ensure the product and supply chain strategy translates into stock levels that meet customer expectations.

**About the Role**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to develop an understanding of Myer’s end-to-end online fulfilment process and provide recommendations as to how this needs to develop to support future growth of the channel.
- Provide accurate, regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to assist decision making across the aligned TPCs including stock flow, stock management and fulfilment performance for Merchandise / Online / Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Provide the Online Fulfilment Team with reporting and analysis regarding fulfilment performance and trends vs. agreed measures as a guide to customer experience, productivity and performance.
- Planning and analysis including; in-season and post season analysis on stock health; and in season reporting and analysis for the business
- Develop robust reporting, forecasting and planning tools for Merchandise, Distribution Centres (DCs) & 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) to use in their day-to-day operations, and for specific events that support the appropriate resourcing of these operations.
- Monitor and review intake / stock levels to minimise stockholding but maximise fulfilment opportunities and retain fresh, new merchandise flow in strategic fulfilment locations.
- Provide regular recommendations for transfers out of strategic fulfilment locations and execute process
- Identify and communicate new opportunities to improve efficiency and product mix for strategic fulfilment locations.
- Understanding of the market, customer segmentation, trends and competitive landscape
- Work with key business stakeholders to define and develop, document and map processes and implement process improvements
- Spend minimum 20% of time physically reviewing strategic fulfilment locations and develop actions in response to physical observations at the 3PL facility at Truganina.
- Represent Myer’s best interests working with external stakeholders e.g. 3PL

**About You**:

- 1+ years’ experience in merchandise, online or retail equivalent
- Highly competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel to build reporting that supports key stakeholders with appropriate commentary and recommendations to improve.
- Ability to pull data from multiple internal and external sources, consolidate, clean up and interrogate to deliver usable reports to assist the business with planning and monitoring of performance against agreed KPIs
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other team members and key stakeholders
- Strong retail, financial and business acumen
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Confident in engaging and working with a wide group of stakeholders in driving the right customer and commercial outcomes for Myer.
- Industry experience of working with / or a 3PL provider would be advantageous
- Experience in planning, allocation or replenishment systems is a bonus
