About You
A critical and high impact role in our People and Culture Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver recruitment solutions in both BAU, as well as growth mode for SSI. You will manage recruitment across all levels of the business and programs, whilst also supporting and working on projects such as EVP, D&I employment strategies, differentiated sourcing solutions, talent pipelining and others as aligned to SSI’s Impact Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the recruitment process from start to finish across nominated programs; from attraction/advertising, supporting with drafting position descriptions, advising on sourcing channels, direct sourcing, supporting screening & interviewing, panel representation, facilitating interview feedback, and preparing offers.
- Support and contribute to projects and initiatives within the Diversity and Inclusion Employment Framework and Strategy space including Disability employment.
- Collect and analyse recruitment-related metrics to identify market trends and advise on areas of improvement to the recruitment strategy.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team or agency with a track record of hiring exceptional and diverse talent
- Experience leading the recruitment process from start to finish, and coaching hiring leads to develop their recruitment capability
- Experience of creating hiring campaigns for niche skills, targeted recruitment, direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, or other attraction methodologies which are relevant
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure
- Data-driven, have strong analytical skills and a desire to establish meaningful reporting metrics
- Experience partnering with Univeristies, TAFE and other community organisations for talent sourcing
- Working autonomously and as part of a team, in a fast-paced organisation requires you to be flexible, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
