**Full Job Description**
- 6 month fixed term Talent Acquisition role with ASAP start - WHV welcome to apply

- WFH 3 days a week - Ashfield location (short walk from the train station)
- $90,000 - $100,000 plus super dependent on experience

**The Role**

You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive Talent Acquisition team and will report into a friendly and down-to-earth Talent Manager who encourages autonomy and supports her team. The team are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their fast-paced and high volume environment.

**The Duties**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Attracting new talent through advanced talent sourcing
- Coordinating Assessment Centres
- Liaise with hiring managers in order to attract the best talent
- Experience working within end-to-end recruitment role on a high volume and variety of roles
- Driven and confident - be able to hit the the ground running
- Experience working within a fast pace and agile environment
- Excellent time management skills
