**The Role**
This is a role for someone passionate about training and education. In our multi-disciplinary change management teams, the instructional designer is the engine room of our training product development. In this role, you will be tasked by the Change Manager, and be responsible for researching system functionality and understanding learning outcomes so that you can clearly articulate how our users can best use the systems we build. On any day you may be involved in developing and delivering quick reference guides, screen flow videos, knowledge articles, fact sheets, field guides, in-system contextual help, help desk scripts, webinars and information sessions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS 6 may include:

- Developing fit-for-purpose training materials including quick reference guides, training video scripts, fact sheets, field guides, delivering webinars and in-system contextual help text.
- Contributing to the Training Strategy and Training Plans developed and delivered by the team, including assisting in the design of robust approaches to solving training needs for users.
- Working as effective part of a cross-functional delivery team by contributing to team planning and co-ordination activities, reporting on work progress, and assisting others as required.
- Developing engaging visual elements for training and communication products.
- Supporting other change management specific tasks as needed to meet team outcomes. This may include the development of communications, engagement and user research tactics.
